3Cs Farms
We are Frank & Angie Cain, owners of 3Cs Farms. Our Farm is a rustic wedding & event venue located in Deming, WA. Our services include rentals (facility & horse trailer bar), flower arrangements, woodwork, & more. We proudly grow our own flowers in collaboration with 4 other local ladies.
We host an annual Plant & Craft Sale - Open House style so future couples, families, and friends have a chance to tour the venue before their big day! Check the "Open House" tab for more information.
Wedding Season Details
Our wedding season runs from May through October every year. We have Friday, Saturday, and Sunday wedding packages available. Please fill out our Inquiry Form on the "Contact" page to check our availability. ​
The Decor Room
With our impressive selection of decor, your wedding day will be nothing short of spectacular. Our elegant and high-quality decor items will help create the ambiance you're after. So, let our decor room be the perfect starting point for your wedding day and make it memorable for years to come.
The Grooms Room
In the Grooms Room, we have brought the outdoors in! We understand that getting ready for your wedding day can be a stressful and nerve-wracking experience. That’s why we’ve taken the time to create a space that is comfortable. Our studio is equipped with everything you need to get ready and feel your best, including plenty of space to spread out and relax. It is the perfect place for grooms and groomsmen to prepare for the big day.
The Bridal Cottage
Our bridal cottage is the perfect place to prepare for your wedding day. We offer a cozy and welcoming environment that is sure to make every bride feel special. We aim to provide a haven where you can relax and get ready in comfort. The cottage is beautifully decorated and provides plenty of natural lighting so you can put on your wedding attire with confidence.
Steamer for dresses is included, and ample plug-ins.
Bar
Our bar is staffed with friendly and experienced bartenders so you're sure to have a great time from the moment you walk up.
We will provide Co2 and taps.
You will need to provide your kegs and at least 500 pounds of ice. Check with us if we have cups available.
Over 200 guests will require 3 bartenders.
Restrooms
We take pride in providing a clean and comfortable facility for all our guests designed in a way to make your visit as convenient as possible.
